WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
In order to ensure full satisfaction with DENPLEX products, we recommend that you read and follow the product handling instructions attached to each product.
Nothing in these terms shall derogate the Company’s right to deduct any amount which it is entitled to deduct (from the refunded amount) under any law and agreement and/or use its rights for any damage and/or impairment caused to the product while being held by the client.
The cost of returning the product is at the customer’s expense.
Cancellation notice can be delivered to the Company by one of the following means:

Registered Mail to DENPLEX Goods (please note “for customer service – the cancellation of an eCom sale)”
Your request to cancel the transaction constitutes your confirmation that the cancellation fee by law (should the Company decide to charge them) will serve as compensation for the cancellation. In case the transaction is canceled – the initial shipping cost (if paid) is not refundable.
The Company will be entitled to deduct from the refund amount any amount it is entitled to deduct under any law and agreement, and/or be entitled to charge/demand/claim from the Customer to bear the company’s damages for any damage and/or value reduction caused to the Product at the time of its possession with the Customer.
Nothing in these terms to derogate from the provisions of the law.
While preparing the items for return, please make sure that:
Tags/tickets are attached to the items.
The item is in new condition.
Not Returnable Items: customer damaged and used items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Accessories are packed in their original box/package.
Custom-made items are not returnable.
If you decide to return your item (s) purchased with the Cash on Delivery option, the only valid refund is by Gift Card only. In this case, you will receive your refund within 14 working days. The Gift Card is valid for your future purchases on the site for 12 months.
HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS BOUGHT THROUGH THE WEBSITE?
You can return your online order free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.
In case you have received items from one order in several parcels, the 14 days of free return will start on the day you receive your last parcel.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN A PRODUCT(S)?
Good news. Returning products doesn’t cost a thing as long as you follow the instructions on how to return a product. Be sure to follow the return instructions for the same carrier that delivered the parcel to you.
It is possible to return items purchased in sales.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND AFTER I RETURNED MY ORDER?
COVID-19: Refunds are taking longer than usual.
Your Refund Progress
– Begin your request to return the item(s) bought from the website by visiting your Order History page and creating a return request.
– Package your item(s) by following the instructions shared (by mail/on the delivery package?) or please ask for the address pick-up option within three business days.
– Within two business days of receiving the parcel in the warehouse, we will evaluate the returned item(s) and approve the fund based on the return conditions.
– If your package meets all the return conditions, the full amount will be reimbursed to your bank account following your specific billing date with the bank.
All returns are made in accordance with the law.

WILL I GET A REFUND ON MY SHIPPING COSTS IF I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
We’ll refund your entire shipping costs, except in the following cases:
– You’re only returning part of your order.
– You don’t return your order with the same carrier that had delivered your parcel to you.
– You chose express delivery. In this case, we can refund you the amount of standard delivery, but only if you’ll return your complete order to us.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PRODUCTS?
Items purchased from the DENPLEX online shop
Returns are free & easy within 14 days of receiving your order if they qualify as per our returns policy. If you received items from one order in several parcels, the 14-day return period begins on the day you received the last parcel.
* In some special conditions ie. the item(s) defectiveness etc. please communicate with us, then your return days will be 30 days because of these circumstances.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT(S)?
Please return your item(s) following the return policy and re-order the new product from the website.
Returning items as well?
We’ll refund you through your original payment method when we’ve received the package. This might take up to 14 days.
HOW TO CANCEL A TRANSACTION MADE THROUGH THE WEBSITE?
In your cancellation notification, please indicate your name, mobile phone number, and transaction/receipt number which can help us locate the transaction details. The product must be returned in its entirety, without any use, in its original packaging with the product tags attached to it as delivered to the customer. Use of any kind and/or non-compliance with the above may derogate from the right of cancellation, all in accordance with and subject to the law.
The cancellation process only happens within 30 minutes of the order confirmation.
